Cylinder Head knock-down and fix on
Cylinder Head backout:Give engine cooling water out.Backout all the accessories of
Cylinder Head.
Dismantle
Cylinder Head screw cap from the both sides symmetrically.Take out
Cylinder Head and Cylinder gasket.
If it's difficult to take
Cylinder Head down,percuss
Cylinder Head by using a numb hammer or rocking-turn crank.
Utilizing Cylinder inner gas heat to impact
Cylinder Head.Also may revolve old spark plug soldering gripe into spark plug seat hole,so that it's easy to knock down.
Fix and restore
Cylinder Head:Slick side of Cylinder gasket should be fixed to Cylinder body.Bofore fixing you should check over if there is any swag in Cylinder body.
Screw cap or bolt of
Cylinder Head should be screwed from middle to both ends at twice in order not to metamorphose the
Cylinder Head.
Cast iron
Cylinder Head should be tightened before heat engine and after cold engine each.
